Description

Please change the distinguished name for farisj to farisjas. He is currently locked out of the system after having his password reset by the Help Desk today.

We've discovered that the user name farisj already belongs to an NIH employee. It seems that he was unknowingly using her account to log into the EBMS (it apparently didn't affect her because she is not an NCI employee). His NCI user name is farisjas, so once this is changed in the EBMS, hopefully he will be able to get in.

The EBMS already has his DN as cn=farisjas,ou=EXT,ou=NCI,o=NIH, which matches what's in the LDAP database.

According to Bob, this problem has been resolved.

Dr. Faris has confirmed that he's been able to log in successfully.
