Description

The glossary team is working on a special glossary project where they will be blocking the non-salt drug terms and keeping only their corresponding salt formulation. However, for some of the non-salt terms, we still want to refer to them in the salt term definition as “also calleds”, but we don’t want them to be "true" also calleds where they have their own GTN doc and glossary entry in the dictionary on Cancer.gov. This is the same context as to how the Alternate Name is used in the Spanish glossary. We would want to explore the possibilities of modifying the glossary term schema to allow for using alternate names for the English terms and also making them display as also calleds on Cancer.gov, so I assume this would involve a filter change as well.
