Description
It looks like the Citation Document Type is missing from the CDR
search 
drop down menu on PROD. I checked the other tiers and it looks like PROD
is the only affected server.

Don't know what caused the problem, but I was able to get the manifest rebuilt by posting a schema through the admin web interface.
