Description

I've attached an image showing the current values for the ChangesCategory element in the CDR. I believe we can delete all of the protocol-related values. We would like to replace the summary-related values (Citation, Major, Minor, None) with:

 

  • Citations only

  • Editorial changes

  • Substantive changes

  • No changes

 

Do we need to map the existing values? Let's discuss in the meeting tomorrow.

Is Status changes solely a protocol-related value? Or does it apply to other mailer types?

I believe that only applies to protocols. We don't use it for the summary mailers. Thanks.

Thanks, Bob. Is it possible to remove all of the values from the picklist except for the 4 values I've listed above? In other words, we would like to remove Legacy-no category, Major, Minor, Received with discrepancies, and Returned to sender in order to limit the available selections to these updated values. Thanks.

I'm getting a validation error in the mailer tracking documents and I'm not sure if it could be related to this issue or possibly to OCECDR-4573. The error message reads "linking from Document to summary documents not permitted (error)". CDR794639 is an example of a mailer tracking doc on DEV.

Ah, it wasn't clear from the original request that those values were only usable for protocols. New schema stored on DEV with only your four new valid values.

Perhaps the mailer documents were never validated before, as the linking tables have never had Summary as one of the acceptable link target types. Fixed on all four tiers.
