Description
We are getting the following error message when switching from PROD to DEV, and vice versa and that prevents us from logging into DEV. However, we can log back onto PROD even though the error message displays. This problem started yesterday.

Looks like a new Cdr.mcr got installed without running
RefreshManifest. Please try again.

Oops! I think that was me. Sorry!!!
I had to install the macro changes after DEV was updated with the Joule changes and I'm pretty sure I forgot to run RefreshManifest.
