This needs further discussion and refinement of requirements but I'm adding the issue to document our thoughts so far.
We would like to be better able to track various aspects of the Advisory Board review process that are currently managed outside of the CDR in various spreadsheets, Outlook, in our brains, etc. I've grouped these aspects into three categories - summaries, mailers, and members. Our thought is that this information could perhaps be tracked in those respective document types in a new element or set of elements in a block.
Summaries:
last review date (partial summary or full summary)
planned future review date
Mailers:
Due date
When to send reminder (calculated based on review date)
Date thank you sent
Comments from reviewer (We will be able to do this and view them on a report with the changes in Joule)
Members:
Date of contact information verification
Partial or full summary review
Comments about future reviews (e.g., their preferences for next time about which summaries to send, how to send them, etc)
We also expect to need some new reports to synthesize this information.
Report to identify milestone dates in the review process working backwards from a given Board meeting date or a planned future review date. (This is something the Peds Board does manually - they have a table with various dates.)
Report to view actual and planned review dates by summary.
Report to run in preparation for an AB "mailing" - indicate when contact information was last verified, whether they review full/partial summary, comments about future reviews, and potentially response history (last few reviews - have they responded?).
Awaiting requirements.
