Please modify the Glossary Term Name Documents Modified Report to include the term status and audience information so that the report can be filtered by these options.
Implemented on DEV. Since you said "can be filtered" (instead of "will be filtered") I created logic which will only apply filtering for each of the two new field sets if at least one check box in that set is checked.
