I am unable to run a correspondence mailer for Suzanne O'Neill. I'm wondering if it could be a problem with the apostrophe in her last name?
Here's the error message I'm getting:
-> -> -->
A problem occurred in a Python script.
D:\cdr\Log\tmpxux0xk.html contains the description of this error.
Yes, that's a bug which isn't taking into account names with apostrophes. I was able to retrieve the document by manually completing the URL:
https://cdr.cancer.gov/cgi-bin/cdr/GetBoardMemberLetters.py?job=13956&file=Suzanne_O'Neill.rtf
The fix wouldn't be hard, but we'd need CBIIT to install it, so this would have to wait until at least Einstein.
Fixed on DEV.
Verified on DEV.
Verified on QA. Sharon tested this with a Peds Advisory Board member, too.
