Description

Bonnie reported that she's been getting a series of error messages when she logs into the CDR. She's able to dismiss them after several clicks and get in. I'll post a screenshot of the messages she's getting.

Is it likely that this is a CDR issue or a Windows issue? Bonnie reports that she is still getting this.

Don't know enough to be certain, but most likely it's a Windows problem.

Here's a link to a page which suggests the problem may be related to corruption of the Windows installer database.

This may be helpful for the support staff who respond to any tickets she opens for the problem.

Looks like this is probably a duplicate of OCECDR-4135.

No story points given, since this appears to be a duplicate issue.
