Victoria is unable to run a RLSO or Quick & Dirty QC Report for the Colon Cancer Treatment summary, CDR62687. She is getting the following error message:
<Errors> <Err>XSLT error: code: 2 msgtype:error code:2 module:Sablotron URI:arg:/data line:3 msg:XML parser error 4: not well-formed (invalid token) </Err> </Errors>
When I open the document in XMetaL, a message pops up at the bottom of the screen that says:
Processing instruction does not have a valid target name.
I will post a screenshot from XMetaL.
Fixed. Somehow an empty processing instruction found its way into the top part of the document. Could have been a software error or a user going into raw XML mode in XMetaL.
Thanks, Bob!!
Oops, I hit "close" too quickly - I only meant to move it to QA verified since I just successfully ran both B/U and RLSO QC reports. Victoria, please let us know if you have any issues.
OK, Victoria confirmed so I'm leaving this issue closed. Here's her comment:
"I got it to run, too. That’s got to be some kind of record for the shortest JIRA issue ever. He’s good. "
Thanks again, Bob!
