Christina reported that she's been unable to generate Pub Preview for any new drug information summaries since July 15 (the date she first noticed the problem). I've pasted her email below:
Email from Christina:
The problem first started with the new Selinexor DIS on July 15. At the time, I thought the problem was localized to this summary and had something to do with having a validation error (an unpublished glossary term) in the DIS when trying to run the PP report and so I didn’t report it as a problem right away. The glossary term was just approved and published today, and the PP report still fails to run. The error message reads Failure generating preview: Service Unavailable.
The next new summary to have a problem was Darolutamide DIS (798976) on August 9. William resolved the problem for this summary on August 14.
In total, 3 new drug information summaries are receiving the Failure generating preview: Service Unavailable error message when running a PP report: Selinexor (798722; PP failing since 7/15), Entrectinib (799054; PP failing since 8/16), and Fedratinib (799055; PP failing since 8/16).
The error message in QA for Entrectinib, Fedratinib, and Selinexor is Failure generating preview: 500 Service unavailable (with message). I was able to run the PP for the Darolutamide summary without issue.
William has been made aware of the issues with these summaries.
Please let me know if I can clarify anything.
Thanks,
Christina
This may be related to the content management system migration - the timing of the first problem (July 15) is the Monday after we migrated to Drupal.
Adding William.

This is not exactly right. Christina was able to run PP on August 15th. 🙂
This ticket is related to OCECDR-4650 and was copied to PROD on Aug. 14th. Unfortunately, we missed to move the filter change to Joule which was copied to PROD on Aug. 16th and overwriting the original change.
I've restored the filter on PROD and STAGE from our master repository which includes both, the Joule changes and this earlier filter change.
I'm adding ~evanscd because both, ~juther and ~oseipokuw are out today and won't be able to test the change.
Christina confirmed this is working on PROD.
Closing ticket.
