We have been told by CBIIT that we must upgrade our CDR Windows servers from 2009 to 2016. I'm going to propose that we do this after we finish the work on OCECDR-4129 (upgrade to Python 3), as that will make the task considerably more straightforward and less risky, as we'll only have to install, configure, and test one Python interpreter for each server instead of two. CBIIT also asked us to do most of the Server setup ourselves, which might actually be a good thing. I've done some of the proof-of-concept work myself already, and the exercise has confirmed the value of my proposed approach, in my opinion.
Ready for UAT.
