We have been requested by CBIIT to upgrade our C++ compiler to Visual Studio 2019. We had stuck with VS2013 when we last upgraded because the WCMS team asked us to match the version they were running. However, as it turns out, they subsequently upgraded again on their end and we didn't even know about it. 🙂 So I don't think we need to bother coordinating this upgrade with them.
The client binaries being tested on QA were built with Visual Studio 2019.
