The data has been loaded to QA and is ready for review. The data load to DEV is currently timing out and I will try that again later today.

Adding ~oseipokuw as a watcher so he can QC the data.

Looks like the database refresh earlier this week wiped out all the changes.

I've loaded the new ZIP codes again on QA. It's ready for review.
