There are security vulnerabilities addressed in one of the versions released since the one we're currently running in production. As far as I can tell, they don't affect us, but you never know whether the security team will accept our assessment. The USWDS base theme has an available update as well, and we should make any third-party modules we're using are up-to-date.
Drupal 9.5.7 is the most recent version in the 9.x series at the moment. I recommend we upgrade to 10.x in the summer, which will be well before the fall deadline, but take advantage of the lull in board meetings.
Everything on DEV is now at its latest version.
Upgraded to 9.5.8.
