Today I was suddenly logged out of the EBMS and was shown the error
message below. This only happened once and I was able to login
immediately after, but I thought I should report it just in case.
The error message:
Additional uncaught exception thrown while handling exception.
Original
PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1040] Too many connections in
drupal_is_denied() (line 1917 of
/local/drupal/includes/bootstrap.inc).
Additional
PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1040] Too many connections in
dblog_watchdog() (line 147 of
/local/drupal/modules/dblog/dblog.module).
Can you tell me on which tier this occurred and when (because of the second error the details weren't logged)?
Opened https://tracker.nci.nih.gov/browse/DBATEAM-2607 (and added you as a watcher, ~DuganAl).
The database team responded with the explanation that another site which shares our DBMS overloaded the server with requests, and that the problem has been corrected.
Can this ticket be closed?
I'm thinking we can probably close this ticket. Do you agree?
Hello?
