There seems to be a problem with the display of the activity feeds on DEV only. I'm not seeing any updates in any of the feeds. Some feeds have the standard "no activity..." message but other feeds are completely blank.
For example, I posted a literature review packet today for Test Board Member 2, but Test Board Member 2's Literature feed is empty. I'll post a screenshot.
This is caused by unexpected behavior using the Features module for OCEEBMS-391. I've reached out to ~ZhangY41 for help.
I have backed out everything we did for OCEEBMS-391, and I believe messages are working again. Please test again.
