Description

Robin B is unable to log in to the EBMS using Firefox. She gets to the NIH page and has tried to log in with both her PIV card and her credentials, but she gets an error message every time. When she uses her PIV card, this is the message she is seeing:

Server Error
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

This is on PROD.

Is this perhaps the same thing we ran into with a user who had a conflicting LDAP entry? Let's start with having her file a help desk ticket.

I'm not sure but she is able to log in using her username and password now, so I think this issue can be closed.
