We have decided to post the help materials in sections. Given the large number of links and potential confusion introduced by sections with the same names for both internal and external users, we would like to create a second EBMS help page for internal users only. We'll need to discuss where this page should go and what it should be called.
Please add "User Help" to the ADMIN menu beneath Site Administration. It should be visible to all internal users.

This page is only taking up about 2/3 of the width of the page. Is it possible to span the full width of the page?
In order to do that we'll have to settle on a permanent title for the page. Will "User Help" work as the title?
