Please run a global change to replace the Targeted Therapy Fact Sheet for Spanish documents with the new URL below. Run the global change separately for each document type instead of combining all of them in one global change. In all cases, replace or add the new SourceTitle value provided below. Please run the global change in test mode on DEV.

New Source Title: Terapias dirigidas contra el cáncer - NCI
I searched the URL list report for summaries and could not find any document containing the old URL. Probably an ad hoc query to see if there are even any affected documents would be a good first step.

OK, first of all, the description in the ticket says to run the job on DEV in test mode. That hasn't been done yet. My previous comment gave you the results of the ad-hoc report you requested in your first comment.
Second, you might want to take a closer look at that report output. Every single row has the new URL, not the old one. I assume that means someone has already gone in and made the switch by hand. It also might explain why you couldn't find any documents containing the old URL. My query was
