Please build a user interface which will make it easier to update the Spanish spellchecker dictionary files.
I created the new CIAT menu option to create a new copy of the Spanish dictionary files. The menu option is named:

~volker Which user group is able to generate these files? I would like to restrict it who can generate the files.
The ticket description did not specify any restriction, therefore none has been implemented.
Sure. If a new group cannot be created for this sprint, I will create a ticket for the next release.
We can easily create a new group but unless we are making changes to the program to check this group it won't have any effect.
Pushing this request to the next release makes sense IMO.
