When linking to the organization record from the person record, under the Other Practice Location block, instead of the cdr:ref attribute populating with the CDR ID value of the organization document, it gets populated with the Fragment ID value. This is happening on PROD and I was able to reproduce it on QA.
Steps to reproduce, please.
It would also help searching the logs if you could tell me time(s) when it happened.
Sure.
Open a new Person doc record as if you're going to enter a new person information but don't bother to enter any information.
Scroll down to the Other Practice Location
Use the Ctrl + Enter macro to search for any organization record (Memorial Sloan Kettering, is an example)
Double-Click on the search result to populate the org name in the Organization Location field.
See value populated in the cdr:ref field in the attribute inspector while you have the cursor in the Organization location field.
On QA, it happened at -
