We are no longer able to retrieve documents in the CDR. You always get the following error message when you try to retrieve:
HTTP status code from server:401
Could you look into this, ~volker? I'm about to head out the door for a PT appointment. Thanks!
I'm able to login to XMetaL but when trying to load a CDR document or search for a document the HTTP error is displayed.
I'm also able to access the documents by going through the CDR Admin web interface, so the database connection itself to the CDR doesn't seem to be a problem.
~oseipokuw I believe the API server is working correctly again. Could you test using XMetaL? Thanks.
