In order to upload all the data required for the dictionary (drug, glossary) API we need to include additional data elements in the "pre-vendor output". This is the data that gets loaded to Cancer.gov. The following post-process will remove these additional data elements, so that the PDQ partners continue to receive the same data.
Filter changes have been implemented to add the additional info to the output used to push documents to Cancer.gov.

Please note:
The pdqCG.dtd in the (still local) branch cdr4756-dict-api is
required for the filter changes to work.
The filter changes had been integrated with the new-scheduler branch and the DTD changes were part of the Leibniz branch.
