Description

We need to identify all Spanish alternate names and mark them with the following attribute values to prevent them from showing up the audio recording spreadsheet we sent to Venessa, since they do not need to have audios recorded for them.

@AudioRecording = "No"
@ExcludeFromGlossifier = "Yes"

Could you please run a global to make the above modifications. They will all be in the TanslatedName block of the Glossary Term document type.

How would you identify a Spanish alternate name?  I'm assuming if there are 2 (or more) TranslatedNames that one of those will be the alternate but how is the program deciding which one to pick?

For my information:
The AudioRecording and ExcludeFromGlossifier are attributes of the TranslatedName element.

It may be that one of the reasons for the delay in getting this task completed is that Volker never got his question answered. The answer is that the NameType attribute will have the value "alternate" for the alternate names.

Here's a new question to replace that one: "No" is not a valid value for the ExcludeFromGlossifier attribute. Do you want to enter a ticket to have the schema changed, ? You'll need to make that a Leibniz ticket so this can proceed.

I have corrected the EcludeFromGlossifier attribute. That was a mistake, sorry about that.

I think the way to identify them is, in XMetal the first one is the preferred translation and the rest are alternates. But perhaps a more accurate way to find out is the alternate ones have a NameType = "alternate" attribute.
