When new individual summaries are created for the Unusual Cancers summary project, the documents are automatically checked out to Bob. So, in order for users to work on the documents, we need to unlock the documents. Please fix this so that the documents are not checked out to you automatically.
I believe this is fixed. The last batch should be unlocked. If so, you can close this ticket.
