As discussed in a previous meeting, we'd like to add two new attributes on the FDA Approved element in DIS.
The two new attributes are:
Accelerated (with a possible value of "Yes") - the default will be to leave this empty. It will be used internally to specify which DIS have received accelerated approval from the FDA for any indication.
ApprovedInChildren (with a possible value of "Yes") - the default will be to leave this empty. It will be used internally to indicate which drugs are approved for use in children for any indication.
We will likely add these options to reports in the future to better manage this information.
