When you run the history flavor of the report, it does not include some summaries within the selected date range. I think this is the effect of the issue in OCECDR-4664.
If this behavior is caused by the fact that the enhancement for OCECDR-4664 has not been implemented, as you suggest, then:
why would this ticket be a bug report?
why would there be a separate ticket?
what (other than implementing the enhancement for OCE-4664) would need to change in the software in order to close this ticket?
If, on the other hand, this behavior is unrelated to the enhancement for OCECDR-4664, can you give examples of summaries which should be included (but are not) for a given date range?
I just ran the report after OCECDR 4664 and it appears to be working correctly. I am marking this as a duplicate.
