CDR has been very slow this morning when retrieving documents. Some reports have also been slow. Restarting bastion host doesn't seem to help.
My guess is that it's related to the CTRP Import job. Since we were missing several days of CTRP data the import job is still running this morning.
Can you guestimate when the job may finish ?
I'm not sure I can do that since I have no knowledge of how to
identify where in the entire process the job is at this time.
From the logs I can tell that the job typically runs for about 2 hours
at night. If I assume that for every day the CTRP download failed we're
adding about two hours of processing time then the job should be
finished after 10-14 hours - around 2pm.
The CTRP job ran until 9pm on Friday. Since then the performance
appears to be back to normal.
Closing issue.
