Bonnie's summary macro for Word is not working.
It appears that several of the settings we changed to have her run the macros were reverted in the Word "Trust Center". I'll have to go back to my original instructions and double-check her setup for the macros, re-adjust the setting and then monitor and see how long it'll take before the settings are being reset. :-)
When we had set this up we pulled the macros from a network drive
assuming that a centralized location would make our maintenance easier.
As it turns out, CBIIT is moving network drives more often than
expected, so everybody had been switched back to store the macros on the
desktop again.
Bonnie was still accessing the network version of the macros and that’s
why she saw a permission error.
After updating her Office and creating a copy of the macros on her desktop she's now able to run the macros successfully.
