Pull together materials to be given to CBIIT for the combined roll-out of the 2 iterations in this release.
I have attached the instructions which will be given to Wenling. Since Volker and I tested the Windows and FTP Server portion of the instructions I have:
added invocation instructions and example for Windows postprocess script
added a note to ignore expected warning messages
filled out and tested #3 (GP Mailer server instructions)
I also enhanced the output of the Windows post-process script (for example, I made it clear that the client manifest was refreshed as part of the post processing).
I am running the global change for OCECDR-3588, and when that is finished I'll run the one for OCECDR-3646 (I don't want the global change log file to have entries interleaved for the two separate jobs).
I added the link table entry for allowing links to GlossaryTermName documents from the RelatedGlossaryTermNameLink element of a GlossaryTermConcept document (OCECDR-3528). Note that the existing link type for linking to GlossaryTermName documents allows links to any current working document. Is this sufficient, or do these links have to have a published concept document as the target?
Are there any other link table entries which are needed for the release?
I will let the users know that they can start spot checking the issues which don't require a global change, and I'll let them know when the global changes for OCECDR-3588 and OCECDR-3646 are complete so they can check those, too.
Please check any of the issues which are internal (not checkable by the users).
Added instructions to install xlwt Python package.
The global change for OCECDR-3588 is finished, and it appears that the global change for OCECDR-3646 was run already.
One additional step on our end is to add the path /Term/NCIThesaurusConcept/@Public the query terms definition table. I've taken care of that on QA and on PROD. Any other paths need to be added?
The instructions have been turned over to CBIIT. We're planning on a rollout at noon on the 21st (next Thursday). I will make myself available to Wenling during that time in case any issues or questions arise.
