We've added about 1000 pronunciation audio files last week but when I looked at the publishing change report created for the vendors there were only a few modified media files listed.
I'm guessing that one of my steps to copy data from the staging to the production directories isn't including audio files at the moment which will need to get fixed.

The problem started on BACH. When we pack up all documents to be
submitted to the FTP server we've only included JPEG and GIF audio
files.
This has been fixed.
I'm testing the publishing process now.

The following program has been updated and copied to FRANCK and
BACH:
CG2Public.py - R10175
I've made the changes and ran a test publishing job to ensure that *.mp3 files will now be included when copying the licensee data to the CIPSFTP server.
I will keep this issue open until next week after confirming that publishing ran properly.

All audio files are now included in the vendor output. The Media folder for the vendors contains now a little over 4,000 documents.
Closing issue.
