Pub preview for InScope protocols are missing the bullet symbols. The dash symbol is also missing in pub preview and on cancer.gov.

As discussed at our CDR meeting this problem is a Cancer.gov issue which had already been mentioned in OCECDR-3390#c10. It has already been fixed and is being tested. I'm not certain when it will move to production but I imagine it will be soon.
I'm closing this issue since there's nothing for us, the CDR team, to do.

Well, it looks like Cancer.gov (or Percussion) had an update last night and the bullets are now displaying for the DrugInfos and the first level of bulleted lists. However, it appears that second level lists are still not showing the bullet/dash/etc.
I will report this problem but close this issue since it's not a CDR issue.
