One investigator is asking to have a Tertiary Outcome displayed for their protocol. Currently, only a Primary and Secondary Outcome is allowed by our DTD
<!ELEMENT Outcome (%TextSectionElements😉*>
<!ATTLIST Outcome OutcomeType (Primary | Secondary) #REQUIRED>
In order for a Tertiary Outcome to be displayed on Cancer.gov this would require a software change.
I'm adding this issue so that we can discuss it at our meeting.
Currently, the protocol is not getting updated at all because a Tertiary Outcome attribute had been added to the schema but publishing of this document fails nightly DTD validation.

Is has been decided that we will not ask Cancer.gov to make changes
in order to accommodate the protocol display for this one
document.
Setting status to 'Wontfix'.
