When mailers are generated for genetic professionals, the date generated is recorded in the mailer history report for the person record. When the professionals complete the mailers and submit them, please record the date as the check-in Date for the mailers.

Implemented. Wasn't any way to test this on Mahler or Franck, because the mailers on Verdi don't match anything on either of those servers any more, so I have installed and run this on Bach and Schubert.

What is the trigger for the check-in Date to be recorded? For most of the ones I reviewed, the dates have correctly been recorded but for a few of them - for example CDR664645 and CDR664813, I don't see any Check-In Date for them even though their mailers have been received.

The emailer tracking update job is scheduled to run every Sunday morning at 3:30. All the ones which haven't been recorded yet were returned after this past Sunday.
