It looks like all 12 trials marked for import yesterday from the review page did not import as expected today. Could you please look into this?
They do not show up on any of the reports we use on a regular basis (the statistics import report and the processing status report).

In the future, it would be helpful when there are problems with specific documents if you would provide identification for at least some of those documents. I checked one of the documents we found on the download report as having been added on the 25th (NCT01187901). I see this document on both the processing status report and the import/update statistics report, and as you saw, the documents are in Bach (or at least the one we looked for randomly in the meeting). Please go back and ask the user to identify which documents he/she is looking for.

Yes. I see that the 12 trials show up on the report for 8/25/10. However, we expected them to show up on the report for 8/26/10.

I think the confusion on our part stems from the fact that the import job either ran or completed late in the morning (at 10:28 am) by which time; users had already marked the ones to be imported the next day (8/26/10). So the import job combined the ones marked on the previous day 8/24/10 and the ones marked on 8/25/10 (to be imported today 8/26/10) when it ran at 10:28 am on 8/25/10. Meanwhile, two other import jobs ran the same day 8/25/10 at 6:17 am and 7:33 am. So I guess this is a question of why the import job is either running multiple times or running later in the morning than usual.

Don't forget that you have other tasks in the works which require me to run the import job by hand. Take a look at the comments for issue #4879, for example.

OK. I see. I didn't realize it will be impacted this way. Lesson learned. Thanks!
