We are updating the CIAT documentation and will like to include the definitions for the various items reported in the CTGov downloaded email. Could you please extract the definitions from the source code logic?

New trials
No row already in ctgov_import table for these NCT IDs. Does not
include
newly transferred trials. Forced documents already have a row in
the
table, so they'll be included in the count for updated trials.
Transferred trials
Count of trials for which no row already in ctgov_import table,
and
exactly one InScopeProtocol document is found with an ownership
transfer info block.
Updated trials
Trials which already had rows in the ctgov_import table and for
which
we received changed (or possibly new, in the case of a forced
download)
XML, which have been queued up for import or review.
Skipped unchanged trials
Trials which already had a row in the ctgov_import table and for
which
we received XML from NLM which was identical to what they gave us
the
previous time the download job was run. Nothing is done for these
trials
except to report that we skipped over the unchanged documents.
Skipped trials from PDQ/CDR
Documents whose org_study_id is the CDR ID of an
InScopeProtocol
document which has not been transferred (that is, it contains no
ownership transfer info block). Therefore the trials belongs to
PDQ,
so we don't import them (though we do store the NCT IDs for NLM's
documents as OtherIDs in our InScopeProtocol documents, and we
strip out NCT IDs previously recorded as OtherIDs when NLM tells
us
that the IDs are obsolete).
Skipped duplicate trials
CIAT has marked these trials as duplicates, so we skip them.
Skipped out of scope trials
CIAT has marked these trials as out of scope, so we skip them.
Skipped closed and completed trials
These trials have not been marked for forced download, it have
not
been transferred, and do not have a status of "Recruiting" or
"Not yet recruiting," so we skip them.
Total trials
Sum of the eight previous numbers.
Added NCT IDs for trials
Number of InScopeProtocol documents for trials belonging to
PDQ
in which we inserted an OtherID block for the NCT ID found in
NLM's
document for the same trial.
Removed NCT IDs from trials
Number of NCT IDs which were removed from InScopeProtocol
documents
because NLM told us the IDs are obsolete.
NCT ID problems detected
Number of InScopeProtocol documents for which NLM has given us
more
than one NCT ID over the history of CT.gov downloads, without
identifying the obsolete IDs.
CT.gov transfer problems detected
Number of trials for which we found more than one unblocked
InScopeProtocol documents with the trial's NCT ID recorded in
an OtherID block, and with a CT.gov ownership transfer info
block.
