The links we send to members for PDFs in the EBMS are not working even though members are logged into the EBMS.
Steps to reproduce, please?
I just thought of a way I might be able to make the old links work. I have created a ticket with CBIIT to see if we can pull this off. Will keep you posted.
I'm pretty sure the trick worked. Please verify. The ticket makes it sound like only the board members would have been unable to use those older links, but I'm pretty sure they would failed for everyone (though they should work now, for everyone).
~vshields Can you confirm that the older links are working on production now?
Kavitha has confirmed that this is working on PROD now. Verified on PROD.
