Description

Although we are supposed to be able to upload PowerPoint files (see OCEEBMS-734), we are not able to do so. This does not work on QA or PROD. We can save these files as pdfs if we need to upload any before this is fixed, so this should not stop the Fiordland release from moving forward.

(OCEEBMS-734 was for meeting files, not the general document upload.)
