Description

On the Import Report, the Articles Ready for Review count on EBMS4 varies from that on PROD. It seems that on EBMS4, citations that are NOT listed are being counted in the Articles Ready for Review but this is not the case in PROD.
In ticket 613, we discussed changes made to several other counts in the import report. The Articles Ready for Review was not discussed but was this count changed as well during the process?

Sounds like a bug to me. Let me investigate.
