Description

When a related citation is identified after a batch import and is then imported, the related citation links/info are not added to the citation record after import.

The citation in the screenshots in ticket 705 was identified from today's import of adult Rx, renal cell, Jan 2023 batch import. After the import, the pmid was added to the blank form. When I added the original import criteria back into the form and imported, the citation did not get treated as a related citation should have. See the Full Article History for the citation and you will see that there is no related citation info or link.

OK, I think I have wrestled this one to the ground. Please give it another try and let me know if it's working as it should.

Very glad you caught this (and everything else). You should get equal billing for bringing this upgrade to life. 👍

Almost there...the related citations info/links are now appearing in the Full Article History but are not appearing in my queue like we have in PROD.

To see this in erc: go to the librarian queue and filter by adult board and the topic "Breast cancer & Pregnancy". Once filtered you will be left with 3 citations. The first,  PubMed ID: 36306810, is the main article. The 3rd, PubMed ID: 36306811, is the related article.

I do not have an example screenshot of what this would look like in PROD and will not be able to get an example screenshot until we import Feb review cycle but I do remember that related citations were labeled somehow making them easy to identify in my queue (and BMs) and the related citation would have the pmid of the main article.

Hmm. Sounds like two more tickets.

  1. give the follow-on imports the "Published" status

  2. show the relationships in the review queue
