The Articles Published report is working for the most part. But there does seem to be an issue with citations that have multiple review cycles getting counted incorrectly.
For example, In Prod the Articles Published report shows 5 citations published for Genetics of Pancreatic Cancer when the report is generated using board = cancer genetic, review cycle = December 2022. The same report in EBMS4 shows 6 citations. I was able to identify the extra citation...34240211.
This citation was imported as a core journal citation in July 2022 (which includes an automatic publishing) and later imported in a batch import in December. The December topic (Cancer Genetics Overview) was rejected by librarian and not published.
From the full article history in Prod under publishing, only the July dates are listed because this citation was not published for any additional topics in December. In EBMS4 only July publishing dates are listed as well.
So it seems the report in the new version of the EBMS, even though it is limited to a specific review cycle, is not matching published topics to the specific review cycle selected when counting.
OK, I believe this report is behaving correctly now. I had to go back to the September 2022 cycle to test, because the data on https://ebms.rksystems.com were refreshed just before Victoria originally said UAT would start. I ran the report for the Genetics board, and the numbers differed from what the report shows on PROD by only one article, in the Genetics of Gastric Cancer row (PROD said 5, my server said 4). I tracked that down to 35988963 (EBMS ID 863484). All four of the other articles had been published by you back in September, but that fifth one didn't get published until the latter half of December, after the data refresh, when Kavitha set the state for that topic to Passed Board Member Review which automatically triggered the addition of the Published state. Please give it another try.
Ok this looks good as well on erc. I checked other boards data for sept 2022 as well and also found that everything is matching with prod.
