When a user does a search from the Article Search Page and does not specify a sorting option the default is by EBMSID. In Prod the default is descending ebmsid, but in ebms4 and erc it is reversed - ascending ebmsid.
I realize this probably opens a can of worms because we do have some inconsistency with default ebmsid order throughout the EBMS. But when searching the entire database and likely presented with larger sets of retrieval, users are going to want to see the new or rather newly added citations at the top of the retrieval lists.
The default sort order on https://ebms.rksystems.com is now by EBMS ID in descending order.
Looks good on erc.
verified on ebms4
