TIR #2277 entered 2013-01-08 by Dan Young
ebms_init and ebms_user_load populate user objects with fields containing the same data, but with different names. Correct ebms_init to use the same fields as ebms_user_load, and change the fields called out in the system to match.
Implemented on DEV. No end-user testing required.
