We would like board members to receive confirmation (such as an e-mail reply) when they submit a Reimbursement Request as well as a copy of their request.
We do not currently have board member emails. Needs further discussion around where to put the email field and how it will be used (e.g. one-time-use or stored).
I have implemented this by adding an optional field to the form in which the user can enter an email address to which a confirmation will be sent, with details of the request information. Ready for user testing on DEV.
