If a board member enters an expense of $75.00 or more, we'd like a pop-up box to remind him/her to submit receipts.
Is this request superceded by the new language recently added to the reimbursement form? I don't know how we'd implement this request, given the fact that the field is a text field, not a controlled numeric field.
This is more of a "wish list" item that Robyn Bason requested, but we added it just so it would be documented. We realize this would require lots of programming to make the fields smart enough to read the amounts. As you mentioned, some of the text changes address this issue, so it may end up being something we don't need. We should put this on hold and address it in the next release after Robyn and her staff have had some time to see how the enhancements to the form are affecting travel requests.
Has the assessment mentioned in the previous comment been made? Do we still need to keep this ticket open?
Robin and I will talk about this next week and decide what to do about this ticket. Thanks.
