CDR Tickets

We need to identify English and Spanish glossary documents that are stage terms and have been published to CGOV. We also need to know if these glossary terms (GTC) have links going to media documents or not. Eventually this information will be used to create also-called terms (using Arabic numerals) in the dictionary, and to clean up the text (caption and content descriptions) of some of the documents to make them more searchable.

Please generate a spreadsheet report of all stage terms in the CDR,

1. that start with the word “Stage” and are followed by a Roman numeral

2. Exclude terms with the numeral “0”. Example, “Stage 0” terms.

3. Display the CDR ID of the term name (for both English and Spanish)

4. Display the Term Names (for English and Spanish)

5. Display the CDR ID of the GTC doc.

6. Display the Definition Text of the GTC (both English and Spanish)

7. Display one definition per language where there are multiple terms linking to the same definition (don’t repeat the definition in such cases)

8. If the glossary term concept links to an image, please display the

   1. CDR ID of the Image doc (both English and Spanish)

   2. The title of the Image doc (both English and Spanish)

   3. The Caption and Content description of the image doc (both English and Spanish)
