When we're changing the LicenseeStatus values with the global change (OCDCDR-5121) we will also adjust this program. The program identifies expired test partners and sets the status to "Test-inactive". Obviously, this status will then need to become "Test-expired".
We also want to check if there are other reports or programs that might be affected by this status change.
The following scripts have been modified to adjust the status values used for our partner notifications:

The changes have been tested in Test mode on DEV.
The changes have been successfully tested on QA.
This ticket can be closed after Monday's PDQ partner notification.
There were no problems with the partner notification message on Monday as part of the weekly publishing event.
