As discussed in the status meeting yesterday, we'd like to look into the possibility of adding in-line markup within the Related Information block of the GTC. Now that we have the ability to italicize text within the definition, it's somewhat inconsistent that the text in the More Information section does not allow italics.
This would require
modification of the mapping rules
modification of the XSL/T filter processing the published (exported) CDR document
decisions about which markup to preserve
a decision about whether the JSON should store HTML or original XML markup
modifications to the ElasticSearch mapping document
modifications to the glossary API
modifications to the glossary app
Some of these would be handled by the WCMS team, so some coordination between the teams would be needed.
