Description

We need a custom global change on the Date Created element for all re-recorded mp3 files that have already been reviewed and imported into the CDR. For all these documents, please use the original created date for the mp3 files instead of the "current date". I will provide the the spreadsheets for the affected jobs. This was discussed in OCECDR-4924

I have attached the two affected spreadsheets - There were also revision spreadsheets but I assume you don't need the revision spreadsheets. If you do, please let me know. Also, if you want me to extract all the re-recording CDR IDs into one its own spreadsheet, please let me know.  Thanks!

I was expecting the spreadsheets to have a column with the new dates you wanted me to use. Don't see that.

I thought you could get that from the mp3 files since these are the original dates Vanessa created the files and it is captured in the metadata of the mp3 files. I will provide the dates in a different spreadsheet after reviewing the mp3 files.

I don't see that information in the MP3 tags for the ones I examined.

That's not MP3 tag metadata (to which I would have access since it's embedded in the binary stored in the CDR), that's information from your local file system. The CDR stores the MP3 binaries in the database, not in the file system.
